I'm a french senior designer, with +10 years experience in product & service design. Over the years I’ve worked on various complex environments, and also scaled and lead design orgs up to +40 talents. Those leadership roles allowed me to nurture a deep business understanding and a holistic vision of customer experience. While growing in my career from IC to VP, I finally realized that I was missing the design practice, building things myself. So early in 2023, I’ve decided to go back to basis: product & service design.
